Nice small house in Guadalupe Etla, 20 min away from downtown Oaxaca and very close to the beautiful CASA Arts Center of San Agustín, wich was a former XIX century textile factory and where you can take art classes. You'll have access to the whole house and the garden, where there's place for your car and your pet. You can make a barbecue or rest in the hammock surrounded by a rural atmosphere. This place is excellent for young adventurers and families. *Only for stays of 30+ nights. Theres public transport just in front of the house that takes you directly to downtown Oaxaca and with the mototaxis you'll be in 5 minutes at the Arts Center of San Agustín. NOTE: The house is located in Guadalupe Etla, a small rural town where neighbours are very friendly. Neighbouring houses often have animal farms, if you are sensitive to smells, this is not the house for you.
