Charming Townhome

This is a beautiful, new townhome...built early 2019. It’s located in a quiet, safe neighborhood convenient to USC-Aiken and downtown shopping/restaurants. The rooms are spacious and can easily accommodate up to 6 guests. Beautifully decorated with hardwood flooring, carpet in bedrooms, and granite throughout. Fully stocked kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, coffee maker, etc. All bedrooms have walk-in closets and washer/dryer is also included. A couple of the closets will be inaccessible. You will be able to contact me by phone call or text during your stay. Townhome is located in a beautiful, quiet neighboorhood in Aiken. It is conveniently located to USC Aiken, Sam’s Club, several popular restaurants and shopping and also not far from Aiken’s wonderful downtown. Overnight street parking is not allowed in this neighborhood. Guest's personal vehicles should be parked in the driveway at all times during their stay. Also any recreational vehicles such as RV's, campers, trailers (includes horse trailers), and boats are strictly prohibited. Because this is the owner's home, there will be food stored in the refrigerator and freezer. Guests will have a couple of empty shelves in the refrigerator/freezer to use for their food storage.
