Beautiful Basement Suite!

BRAND NEW basement suite with everything you could want: BIG windows, built to code & safety inspected, sound proof insulation installed, private entrance, spacious street parking, washer and dryer (not shared), LED lighting, complimentary coffee and snacks and awesome hosts! *The entrance is private, there is no shared space! *Dishwashing soap, bathroom amenities, coffee, sugar, and salt & pepper all provided. *Some snacks for the hangry guests! *Guests must bring own laundry supplies *No smoking inside or outside of property. If you wish to smoke please leave the property to do so to respect those around you. Guests are welcome to use the back yard and fire pit, just bring your own chairs 😀 I will be available for the majority of your stay! The house is located on the East side of Lloydminster, 3 minutes away from Tim Hortons, Co-op Gas Station, Gold Horse Casino and much more! There is also a small park next door to the house, and only minutes away from the dog park! The space is also located by Lloydminister’s ring road allowing easy access all around Lloydminster. Street parking available right next to the driveway at no cost. For dining, we would like to recommend our locally owned SPIROS family restaurant, and for a nice walk or evening stroll we would recommend the beautiful Bud Miller Seasonal Park. Both are only a 5-7 minute drive from location. Lloydminster is a lovely city to visit, and extremely easy to get around in. If you would like any additional suggestions for food, parks, or events please don’t hesitate to ask!! Separate entrance is located on the right (south) side of the house. Guests are welcome to park in the driveway as long as they are SUPER tight to the fence to allow the other two spots for our family. During the winter months, the snow is usually shovelled within 12 hours of the snow stopping. Guests are also welcome to use the plug in (for your vehicle) during winter months, at or below -15. MUST Bring your own extension cord.
