Relaxing Oceanside Retreat in the Comox Valley. Requirement for booking is 21 years or older unless accompanied by an adult. This is for property insurance purposes. Beautiful views of the ocean from the apartment and a beautiful seaside walkway all steps away from the apartment! Enjoy the stormy nights by the fireplace. Enjoy our professionally set up gym free of charge! Overall the property is well maintained and very clean. When you drive through the private driveway, hang a right at the gym/workshop. The apartment is at the end on your right up the stairs. Look to your left and you will see the two hedges. Walk between them and you will also see the dog kennel. That is your beach/walk trail access. We have not had a dog in years! I am always available to answer any questions about the neighborhood and the Comox Valley. I am quick to respond to any of your needs and requests. The area we live in is centrally located. We are a 30 minute drive to the top of Mount Washington. Cumberland and its famous mountain bike trails is a 10 minute drive from the apartment. We are close to restaurants and major retail stores. The apartment is very private and about a one minute walk to my home. There is plenty of free parking. we are on septic---please flush toilet paper only shoes off at the front door please
