It’s especially great for water sport enthusiasts as the property offers access to kayaks, stand-up paddle boards, kitesurfing, and a Hobie Cat to use during your stay. One thing we must note is that H2O LifeStyle Resort offers 5-star luxury services and amenities and there are additional charges—a 10% service charge and a 5% resort usage fee—applied and billed at check-in. These amounts are not included in the amount you have pre-paid-to-date for the reservation. Also note, this service charge is different from the “service fee” you may see from your booking channel (e.g., Airbnb) when you made your reservation. Lastly, please note, there’s also a reimbursable $500 USD security deposit at check-in. This amount is blocked on your credit card and released after check out provided no damages were incurred during your stay. Now onto the beautiful living space! This unit is in the Mangrove Estate Building at H2O LifeStyle Resort. The Mangrove Estate is ideally situated at the heart of the resort surrounded by lush environmentally protected mangroves that keep you connected to your natural surroundings. It is the middle building of the three onsite and although H2O LifeStyle Resort is an "Ocean Front Resort" only the "Beach House" building sits completely Oceanfront. You will, however, have ocean views from this building.
