Vintage Beachfront Apartment at Aquatika

The apartments at Aquatika range from garden-level to penthouses with terraces and can easily accommodate groups of 2 to a maximum of 8 people. All units are equipped with big kitchens, washer and dryer sets, cable TV, wireless internet, and air conditioning in all bedrooms and/or ceiling fans in common areas. The shared facilities include five pools, playgrounds for kids, areas to play basketball, tennis. mini-golf and beach volleyball and best of all, direct access to the beach. This apartment is a gem, you can step out to the glass front ocean-view balcony to enjoy the view listening to the smooth sound of the ocean. It is a second floor so you have the elevation to enjoy the outside view and have some privacy at the same time. Beach is only steps away. Enter to the open space of living room, dining room and kitchen fully equipped with all you need in your home away from home. The dining room sits 6 at the table. The living room has a 40” tv, High speed internet is provided. There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with plenty of beds. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The Master bedroom has private bath and Queen bed. The second room has a bunk bed with two Full size mattreses. The third bedroom has two bunk beds with 4 twins total. Ok The apartment offers two parking areas no additional fees, The complex has a gate with direct access to a very nice beach. You can also enjoy 5 swimming pools along the complex - a river-shaped swimming pool, a swimming pool with a slide (the slide is open on weekends), a swimming pool near the beach, 2 playgrounds for children, a mini golf course, which we have the clubs in our apt for the exclusive use of our guests, 2 tennis courts, a green area for children to play soccer, a half basketball court and a volleyball court. Me or my co-host will meet you at Aquatika at check in time. Apartment has a lockbox next to door entrance, therefore, check in time after 4:00 pm is flexible. Prior to arrival the lockbox code is provided with check in instructions. At the apartment there is a Guest Brochure with Aquatika and house rules, checkout procedure, and pointers on our favorite restaurants and activities specially on the east side of PR. Loiza is a small town and municipality on the northeastern coast of Puerto Rico, just outside the San Juan Metropolitan Area. Loíza is famous across Puerto Rico for folklore dancers and artisans. It is recommended that you rent a car. Notes related to COVID-19 Pandemic. Aquatika Condo has responded with a protocol to comply with PR government restrictions and CDC recommendations. Before confirming your reservation please know that Apt is as shown on pictures, however ground facilities such as pools and playgrounds are operating at limited capacity. 1. All guests must be fully vaccinated or provide a negative COVID-19 test of less than 72 hrs before check in. The negative test is also required for kids between 2-12 years old. 2. The pools and all the common areas operate at 50% capacity. Since we have 5 pools during the week these restrictions dont seem to affect the overall experience. The tables and chairs in the gazebos and clubhouse were all removed. 3. The access gate to the beach will be open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. 4. The use of the beach is for groups of family maintaining distance from other families. No alcohol is allowed. 5. The use of a mask is mandatory outside the apartments. We will be happy to host you.
