King size bedroom - upper level, twin beds - lower level. For 1-4 adults; not suitable for children under 5/6 yrs. Great for honeymoons! Frenchman's Cove 8 minutes away. Pool is shared space with guests in main villa; 8 acre garden to enjoy. Add breakfast for $15 each, lunch/dinner $20 each; chef service $30/day. There is a spacious bedroom with seating area and king size bed on the upper level and a smaller bedroom with two twin beds (which can become a king size bed) on the lower level. The lower level also has a fully-equipped kitchenette and a dining area. Each level has its own outside bathroom on the wrap-around deck. New high speed WiFi and TV of course. The cottage is completely surrounded by trees and greenery. Lights in the trees are illuminated at night for a touch of magic! There will be lots of bird song but no sirens or street sounds! If you are the only guests on the estate, you get sole enjoyment of Port Antonio's largest private estate at an incredible price! The eight acre gardens stretch over hills and valleys; the gardener will be delighted to show you around. There is a large pool and outdoor games and lounge area; gorgeous views of the ocean. But, if the main villa is rented at the same time, you have exclusive use of the cottage but will need to share the grounds, including pool. You may also hear those guests; the cottage is about 300' (100m) away. The local manager of the estate can help you with information, transport arrangements and booking of excursions. Port Antonio is a quiet, sleepy little town. Nothing much has changed here for decades. Although there is some increase in development over the last few years, the impact is small. You can still enjoy the area as it has always been, and find almost empty beaches and other attractions where there are few people. You will need a vehicle to get around. There are local taxis or our manager can arrange a car and driver by the day. The nearest beach is walking distance away but because Norse Hill is on a hill, you might want to flag a local taxi to bring you back up the hill again! There is an easy trail up through the trees. If the main villa is not occupied during your stay, you will enjoy the entire 8 acre estate! When the villa is booked, staff will coordinate use of the pool. In practice, there is seldom a duplicate booking and if there is, it has been only a day or two. Most groups spend significant time away from the property on excursions, so there has never been a problem.
