Kingston House B&B - pool, steps to Hamilton

Traditional House with Modern Conveniences Stately 2 storey Bermuda stone building with original features including high ceilings, wood plank or porcelain tile floors, antiques, original paintings, large windows, 2 fire places, wide porches/patios, mature trees, attractive gardens with swimming pool, walking distance into City of Hamilton. Kingston House is located on a quiet lane close to Hamilton. The house is spacious and has plenty of character with sunny furnished terraces and porches. Guests have access to all the principal rooms, guest galley, pool, porches and garden terraces. Owners' rooms, main kitchen, and vegetable gardens are private. We live on site and are readily available. Mostly we help guests get their days sorted during breakfast but can also be lured into evening social gatherings by good company and wine. Kingston House B&B is located in a "Garden District" adjacent to the west side of the City of Hamilton. Our street is about a block from the Hamilton Princess Hotel. It's an attractive residential area with mature trees and beautiful homes. Hamilton offers plenty of amenities including shops, parks, restaurants, pubs, clubs, cafes, museums, cinemas and theatre, etc. It's a short walk into Hamilton where the main ferry and bus terminals are located as well as pickup points for boat and other tours. There are plenty of taxis on hand in Hamilton. More adventurous guests might want to rent a scooter or pedal bike. For public transportation, tickets or passes can be purchased. Cabs take cash. We have a very sweet rescue dog named Una and 2 rescue cats. The cats stay in owner's apt. and don't come in the main house guest areas. WiFi is included. Tea and morning coffee are provided daily. Breakfasts can be ordered from the menu at prices listed. Owner is a professional Vegetarian chef. Organic Fair Trade Coffee is roasted daily on site. Produce, honey and fresh eggs are sourced from local farms.
