Recreation room has 100” TV, couches and table for cards and/or drinking. Only a 6 mile drive to Beaver Stadium or a 8 mile bike ride if you choose to pedal. There are 3 bedrooms, great room with couches and wood burner, sunroom with large screen TV with access to deck and fenced in yard, AND a recreational lower level with more couch seating, second large screen TV and bar area to pour your favorites! I am available to help make any guests stay comfortable and set up with requests. Nearby restaurants and park. Close to biking and hiking trails in Rothrock State Forest.
