The Jamaica villa sits on the tip of the peninsula, which was once the site of an old stone fort, providing picturesque views of Discovery Bay and the sparkling Caribbean Sea from its fantastic location. Fortlands Point on the Beach was named 'one of the best villas in the world' by Islands Magazine in its August 2010 issue. The dramatic architecture of the premier villa is complemented by the cedar, teak, Persian rugs and Italian tiles. The two-acre gardens surrounding Fortlands Point are beautifully landscaped with exotic greens and trees. Further enhancing the ambience of the lawns are the seven ancient cannons placed all across the grounds. Guests can enjoy their physical activities in a breezy area with a fabulous view of the ocean. Being among the few villa rentals in Jamaica designed for large families and groups, the seven bedrooms have been deliberately placed on individual split levels. All bedrooms open to the wide stone terrace, hot tub and the expansive swimming pool. A few steps further lead to the lawn and then the main beach. These rooms have unique décor and are furnished with king-sized or twin beds. A minimum of sixty (60) days notice is required to cancel a reservation, after this time period, ALL monies paid will be non- refundable. Policies for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks will differ. The balance is due 120 days before travel. No refunds for cancellations are made within 120 days prior to scheduled occupancy.
