Boho Loft, Walk out the door and step into downtown life!

Summary: Shades of soothing gray bring this historic Italianate building up to date, while curated artwork showcases local artists. This Urban Oasis is just a few hundred feet from the famous Roebling Bridge which leads right into the thriving streets of downtown Cincinnati. Off street parking, Self-Check-in, beautiful outdoor space and fast Wi-Fi are just a few of the things that will help you relax during your stay. The Space: This building was built in 1863 but was completely renovated in 2018! Luckily for us, that means we have all the charm of a historic house and neighborhood with all the convenience and amenities of a modern designed space. This bnb has many art pieces and all of them are sourced from local artists. Guest Access: This is Apartment 4 which is on the west side of the house. Take the Steps from the lower deck up to the upper deck and the door to the right with a 4 in the middle of it. You can park in the parking lot directly across from the BnB. There are parking spaces marked "Bed & Breakfast Only"...Even thought there is no breakfast :( regardless, park in the one that says "4." That will be for you and you only! The Neighborhood: Licking Riverside is a quaint, historic area with some of the most beautiful Italianate and Victorian-style houses in the city. Start your day with a cup of coffee up the street at Leftbank Coffeehouse, grab a bite to eat around the corner at Lil's Bagels or Keystone Bar and Grill! Getting Around: There is a great new service called Oggo. They have an app that you can download on your phone. Oggo has electric vehicles that give free rides all over down town. By free, I mean there are no strings attached. They make their money from advertisements that are placed on the doors and hood of the vehicle. Download the app and get a free ride! Other Things to Note: I would love to provide you breakfast but you wouldn't like my cooking! Feel free to bring all the food and drinks you would like :) Interaction with Guests: I do not live at this bnb but I am available 24/7 via phone call or text. I live close so I can be there quickly in the case of an emergency!
