Parking directly in front of town home, one space. Lower level is your area , we do share washer & dryer, I would always let you know when I intend to wash so as not to inconvenience you. walking distance to good restaurants, cleaners, grocery store, metro is close by. Near movie theater and a Wegmans and gyms. Owings Metro stop is walkable if necessary or a cheap Uber ride I have a dog, he is friendly and doesn't venture down very often.
