Only stairs in house are those that go down to one of the sitting rooms from hall or gym area. Very private, set back from road and not visible from neighboring properties. All 4 bedrooms are spacious, have water views and plenty of hanging and drawer space for clothes. Master bedroom is slightly larger and has only en-suite. State of the art cinema room with 120" 4k screen, Apple TV, Xbox, Wii & Switch. Gym area with Peloton and mats for yoga/stretching. Central air throughout Office and 2 owners cupboards are locked and off limits, all else fully accessible While we will be out of country during your stay can be as reachable as you want via phone / email. We ordinarily have a housekeeper who comes twice a week however during Covid she will not come unless guests have had their day 8 test results. Ad hoc cleaning during stay can be arranged at additional cost. -swim and snorkel with turtles from private swimming dock on the Harrington Sound -within minutes from the beaches & golf courses at of Mid Ocean Club and Tucker's point (temporary membership can be arranged for additional cost) -nearest public beach (John Smith’s Bay) is 2 min drive or 15 min walk -The grocery store is a 5-minute scooter ride away and is open till 10PM on most evenings. (Not on Sunday though! Only until 7PM on Sundays!) -10 min walk from fantastic Jamaican BBQ joint (DC Grill) -Bus stop for #3 is 15 metres from the entrance to house! This will take you to either Hamilton or St George’s. -Hire twizys, scooters, bicycles or boats to navigate the island (we can connect you_ -For those with Bermudian license car maybe usable for $150 pd (will need copy of license in advance so that can arrange insurance) -Driver can be arranged at additional cost for airport collection and/or day/night trips (no Uber on island) The cost of power is almost 50 cents per kWh in Bermuda, and our water source is the rain. (That's right! We're an eco-friendly island!) With this in mind, we ask guests to consider conserving energy and water whenever possible.
