Small cottage in South Harbour, on the Cabot Trail. Clean and comfortable. Shops, restaurants, museums, hiking trails, whale tours, other adventures and beaches nearby. Just beside Highlands National Park entrance which is convenient for those who are nature lovers and enjoy hiking trails in the park. It is secluded by trees. The space is relaxing and comfortable, with everything needed to make a home cooked meal or just heat something up in the microwave, then get a good nights rest. There are some games available and books to read. The patio is a great place to enjoy star gazing or a morning coffee. Please note there is no internet. Guests will not have access to the doors in the small bedroom. ( These hide the electrical panel and hot water tank). Other than that, the whole cottage is yours. There are outbuildings on the property to which guests will have no access. The back yard is bush. During your stay, myself or a family member will be available to help with any information to make your stay more enjoyable. My cottage is very centrally located halfway around the trail. A great place to stop for visitors who are exploring any part of the Cabot Trail. Minutes away there are gift shops, zip lining, restaurants, guided hikes, kayaking and small grocery stores with all the basics. Registered with Nova Scotia tourism.#RYA (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) There is no public transportation here. It is a rural area. One important thing when travelling the trail : make sure you always have at least a half tank of gas if driving as gas stations are far apart. If cycling, please be seen by wearing a reflective vest, as the road is narrow and there are no bike lanes. Please be aware there is no wifi at the cottage, however local restaurants nearby have access.
