Just added a relaxing new Hot Tub on Patio area. Garage area is not part of rental. Landlord is available anytime by phone, if an issue arrises. Video Surveillance around exterior perimeter. Less than 2 miles to Campus (3.5 to Beaver Stadium) Uber/Lyft (RideShare) is now available in our area :-) Back Yard/Patio/Hot Tub areas must ALL be Vacated by 10:00 pm each evening. Cars should be parked in Driveway.
