Enjoy a relaxing stay at our villa, located in the heart of Palmas del Mar. The gated Montesol community is enveloped in tranquility and natural beauty. The unit is steps away from the Palmas Tennis Complex ,Volea restaurant ,children park,and is a quick ride to the marina, a great variety of local restaurants and the Wyndham Palmas Hotel. Great for families, Palmas offers numerous walking trails, children’s playgrounds, beach access, horseback riding, and of course- golfing. Light and airy, the villa comes with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning units for each room, and comfortably sleeps six people. There is one bedroom with 2 twin beds, another bedroom with a Queen size bed and the couch in the living room opens as a pull-out mattress. At the front of the unit is a balcony with a seating area perfect for a morning coffee, and a hammock- great for afternoon naps and reading! The master bedroom has direct/separate access to the front balcony. Due to COVID community safety rules, the pool located within the Montesol may not be available for use. Please inquire for more details. Guests enjoy secure parking and pool access (pending COVID safety rules). I am available by phone,text, and if necessary I can get to the apartment . Monte Sol is a nice place to stay.There are a lot of amenities that you can go walking. Tennis Courts, Pool,Volea Restaurant ,Boys Park,Gym,Skateboard Park. To appreciate all the amenities that you’ll find in Palmas Del Mar the best way to move is to rent a Golf Car.The car and the bicycle are good ways of transportation in the area too.
