Welcome to our quiet oasis located just minutes from Downtown Indy and the airport. Enjoy your private bedroom with plenty of pillows, closet, amoire with drawers and space for a laptop, w/d on request, free coffee, wifi, and welcoming fur babies to make you feel right at home. Private downstairs living room to unwind, watch tv, play classic super nintendo, read a book from our collection or play a board game. We have weights, yoga mat, and workout dvds for your usage. Planet Fitness nearby. The pool will be operational during the summer months. We love to recommend our local favorite things to do and restaurants so just ask! This home has pets so please only book if you are ok with cats and dogs. They won't have access to your room unless you invite them in. They're all very friendly. Bedroom, bathroom, laundry on request, private living room with tv, plenty of dvds, directv, board games, books, treadmill, backyard, pool during the summer months. We prefer to be home to greet you, show you the space and introduce you to the fur babies. After that we will happily give you your space. If schedules don’t sync up we can hide a key for you as needed but appreciate an ETA closer to the arrival date. Quiet, mostly older residents, very safe, but keep your car locked and valuables stowed. It's close to everything. We are just 2 miles from an amazing park with hiking and biking trails! You can see the stars at night and hear crickets in our backyard. If you need to go shopping, there's a Wal-mart Marketplace five minutes away. Car is the easiest way to get around. Uber and Lyft rides to downtown or airport is $10-15 depending on how busy they are. Brand new carpeting so please remove your shoes. Do not feed the animals or pick them up. Again, if you are allergic to animals this is not the place for you. No smoking, no vaping, no parties, no unauthorized guests. If you break something or spill something please let us know so we can take care of it. All trash should be disposed of in outdoor trash cans.
