This basement apartment is 750 sq feet with a full kitchen and separate living/bedroom, and private side entrance. Includes dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas oven, full-sized fridge, queen bed with memory foam mattress, and a large desk, and WIFI. The 1925 house is in a historic neighborhood and a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. I live in the main house upstairs (sometimes with my college age daughter) and our dog Oliver, and will be readily available for any help you may need. The 1925 house is in a tree-lined historic neighborhood and is about a 10 minute walk to Purdue, Mackey Arena, and Happy Hollow Park. We are very close to Purdue, but it is a family street, and is very peaceful. Parking is available on the street. Close to public bus stops. Walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops.
