Sleeps 4 people located a 12 minute walk to the village and playa. The master bedroom features king size bed with Egyptian cotton linens, thirsty luxurious Turkish towels, waffle robes, hair dryer, ample closet built-ins, air conditioning, ceilings fans, safe vault, en-suite with soaker tub, separate glass mosaic shower, double sinks set into polished concrete counter tops and polished granito floors. The second bedroom has two twin beds/king bed, ceiling fan, AC unit, ample closet built-ins, and separate en-suite. Lovely open space dining/living area with trestle table, comfortable furniture and patio where you can reach out and touch the trees.Well equipped kitchen leading to a patio where you can dine in privacy overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. You will have access to your private unit. Also you will have access to lounge and pool area which are common areas if other guests are present at the property. My property manager (who does not stay at the property) can be reached by phone if any question comes up. La Manzanilla is located on the Bay of Tenacatita in the area known as Costa Alegre or "Happy Coast". This quaint, friendly fishing village has a spectacular 5 kilometer sandy beach offering some of the safest swimming in Mexico. This walker's paradise has many other activities to enjoy such as kayaking, snorkeling, fishing, biking, tennis, golf and horseback riding. If you are looking for a laid back seaside vacation La Manzanilla is the place for you. Only a 45 minute drive from Manzanillo Airport is the Village of La Manzanilla, unspoiled by crowds of tourists and inhabited by friendly Mexican locals and expatriates. Take a guided boat tour on the high tide mangrove lagoon which is a federal ecological reserve located next to the village. This pristine area is inhabited by King Fishers, Egrits, Heron, Ibises, Anhingas along with a large colony of Crocodiles. Depending on the season you may be fortunate enough to view a mother whale playing with her calf or see young turtle hatchlings making their way to the ocean. One of the most pleasant surprises is the local restaurant scene. These excellent restaurants offer varied menus of Italian, Indonesian, American and Mexican cuisine. So if a gourmet meal is what you desire you will not have to leave the village. This unit is close to Massage Therapist, Groceries, Medical service and of course fitness center and few blocks from the beach (about 12min leisurely walk).
