The flow-through kitchen, dining, living space opens directly onto the condo’s front terrace through a wall of sliding glass doors. This allows the space to be left open to the refreshing ocean breezes and sound of the surf or closed for climate control without sacrificing the incredible ocean vista. An built-in L-shaped couch provides comfortable seating in the living area. A beautifully-fashioned solid parota wood dining table with six stylish wooden chairs is supplemented by an attractive wood and quartz-topped 4-seater bar that separates the kitchen from the living/dining space. The kitchen is fitted with stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, water filter, and has plenty of storage. A utility closet holds both washer and drier. he wide terrace comes with chaises lounges and features a refreshing dipping pool, wet bar, and outdoor dining set. Two of the four bedrooms face the terrace and the Pacific Ocean. Each of these master bedrooms features a built-in king bed and ample closets that frame the entrance to the very large en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and attractive finishes. A third, large bedroom holds two double beds, large closet, and has access to a large full guest bathroom. The fourth bedroom, facing the mountains, holds a bunk bed with extra pull-out and lots of storage space. It has its own en-suite bathroom and a TV where you can enjoy Netflix. Rich parota wood cabinetry and woodworking are featured throughout the condominium. Floors are of polished concrete. The condominium measures approximately 3,660 sq. ft. (340 m2) and comes fully furnished and equipped with all linens. Check in is from 14:00 hrs and check out is at 12:00 hrs. Maximum capacity of the villa is 8 personas; adults, kids and even babies are considered as guests. When leaving the villa, an inspection is made of the furniture and kitchen accessories, to be complete and in perfect condition, just as the villa was delivered upon arrival. It is very common to have a broken glass ; ) but don't worry, just let us know and we will try to replace it in that moment. Any damage or loss in any accessories, equiptment or furniture, will known to the guests within a period of no more than 5 business days, so that they can cover the damage. Pets are not accepted, nor minors traveling alone. The condominium has an internal regulation to guarantee healthy coexistence within the complex with neighbors and guests, which will be sent to you by mail prior to your arrival. We kindly ask you to read it and review it in depth. This with the intention of guaranteeing that the stay is pleasant, safe and respectful for all. Any home owner or guest who violates one of the Rules will be entitled to an economic fine as set out in the Marea Owners Regulations and in case of not behaving as specified in the Owners Regulations, ignoring calls for attention and / or affecting any other Homeowner or Guest, you will be asked to leave the Condominium and your payment per stay will not be returned. The condominium, although are private own villas, operates as a resort, but we decided to operate our own villa, to guarantee our guests, the best service and attention to details . Upon arrival, please call our villa and tell the service lady that you are in the front entrance, for her to go and meet you at the entrance and help you get to the villa and the parking spaces if necessary. You don't have to go through the front desk, because you are already Register to the Condominium Administration. It's important to mention that any consumption at the beach club, restaurant or service, should be paid by the guests directly to the establishment in that moment. The condo has parking for guests. There are many services with extra charge such as supermarket, pharmacy, market and seafood deliveries. You won't have to go out at all.
