Two bedrooms, two full baths, two sleeper sofas make it perfect for up to six people. Full kitchen, outdoor shower, BBQ and prep area and a table to enjoy your meals. Paradise awaits you in Puerto Rico! Small gated complex in a private secluded Mar Chiquita area. Very clean and breezy condo with excellent ocean view. Master: King size bed, walk-in closet, air conditioner, ceiling fan, room-darkening curtains. Second room: Queen bed, closet, air conditioner, ceiling fan, room-darkening curtains. Bathroom in the hallway with a bathtub. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator, cutlery, glassware, plates, toaster, blender, handmixer, baking sheets, coffee maker, and entertaining trays. Dining room table fits six people also, three bar stools. Living room with two sectionals that can be used as twin size beds or queen. Balcony with chairs and an amazing Ocean view!! Pool, Private gazebo with BBQ, outdoor shower, private deck with hammock and direct access to the beach. Laundry facility inside the garage with half bathroom and small refrigerator. Our condo is located in Playa Mar Chiquita in Manati, Puerto Rico. Protected nature reserve. It is a nature's paradise with stunning beaches and palm trees. Enjoy the sunrise, sunset or a lovely walk along the beach with your love ones or with your favorite drink on hand. We love Mar Chiquita because it is not too far, but feels like you are in a different world. Stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. It is 45 minutes drive from San Juan international airport. There is not public transportation and UBER or a taxi could be expensive. We highly recommend that you rent a car, you have your own parking spot available inside the property. Also, by renting a car you would be able to explore other sites on the Island. It is a beautiful beachfront property locate it in a protected nature reserve area. Walk few steps west towards Mar Chiquita Beach. You will feel in your own Private Paradise!
