Welcome to our home in tranquil Lo de Marcos! Casa Brisas offers a wonderful 3 bedroom/3 bathroom home in a beautifully landscaped, quiet residential area. The casa is close to both the ocean and town centre, and boasts exceptional private outdoor space. Enjoy your time sipping margaritas in our spacious gardens and pool, or head to the astonishingly empty public beach. Our home includes wifi, air conditioning, parking, two outdoor barbecue options, and so much more. Wake up to the soothing pounding of ocean waves. Our home includes outdoor seating areas on all three levels. The property is large at nearly a third of an acre - enjoy a game of badminton on our grassy court following a swim in the pool. It is just a few minutes stroll to both the public beach and to town centre. Parking on "market days" in the town centre can be a bit of a challenge. However, it is but an easy stroll from the casa. On your way, keep a lookout for iguanas in the trees or sunning themselves on nearby roofs; chicks and chickens; horses and foals; cows and calfs, dogs, roosters and all other members of our friendly community. Smiles are welcome and encouraged! Our property manager will be available to contact in real time should any issues arise during your stay. Casa Brisas is in a residential neighbourhood yet is very private. Standing on the third floor roof you can see the lush green jungle of Nayarit all around you. Car rentals from Puerto Vallarta or other towns, including Lo de Marcos, are available, as are golf carts and bicycles. Walking to town centre or to the public beach is an easy stroll. Taxis or buses to take you into Sayulita, San Pancho, or any of the other beach towns are readily accessible. Roosters can be loud at unpredictable hours....but it's truly part of the ambience of this lovely little gem of a town on the Pacific coast.
