Quiet and tree-lined, yet very convenient to Highways 24 and 13, BART and a 5-minute drive to College Avenue shopping/restaurants. Two blocks from Transbay bus to San Francisco (Monday - Friday.) 20 minute walk (hills!) or 5 minute Uber ride to Rockridge BART station/College Ave. Includes a variety of Kashi cereals and your choice of organic cow, almond or oat milk. Kuerig coffee maker with Peet's coffee. Iron and small ironing board, hairdryer, and extra toiletries. I also stock plenty of towels and paper supplies in the bathroom. LONG TERM GUESTS: I furnish clean sheets and towels each week, and cleaning service bi-weekly depending on length of stay.
