River Run Cottage

River Run cottage is located with a view of the beautiful Lahave river. Centrally located on the beautiful south shore of Nova Scotia. We are located in close proximity to many beautiful beaches, the historic towns of Lunenburg and Mahone Bay and the town of Bridgewater which is home to all your shopping requirements. Adventures like beach combing, hiking, biking, kayaking or just exploring are all options awaiting for you to discover. River Run cottage is your home away from home. Our front porch is waiting for you to come sit , relax and watch the river life float by while you sip your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Our cottage is equipped with most of the items guests are looking for while traveling, we have WIFI, tv and a fully equipped kitchen with the basic spices , tea and coffee. Guests have the entire cottage main level available for their use, the basement and garage will be locked. If you require more space , located on the property is also the River Run Loft, with its separate building and private areas. While this loft could be an extra space for your family it may be occupied by other guests. We are in the neighbourhood and available if any issues or questions arise . You can text or call us . We are a one minute drive or 5 minute walk to the Lahave ferry where you can cross to enjoy the artisan shops or pop in to the famous Lahave Bakery. We are located on the Lighthouse route between Bridgewater and Lunenburg one of the most beautiful drives on the south shore. Also don’t forget to watch out for the sailboat races from our front porch. You will need a car to get around or your bicycle if you are into cycling Enjoy the fresh river air, the river view from the porch, relax and enjoy our cottage.
