We love our spot on ground floor, easy to walk to lake and lots of sunshine. Cute but small condo, Queen bed, tiny single room, no pets please! Check out us 10:00 AM Sharp. This condo holds a special place on our heart. its our very first summer getaway place. our son was little and loved sliding down the grass hills with his crazy carpet, he loved going to the beach and pllaying in the sand and playing with all the little kids in the resort. HE is 21 now and still has these fond memories of really being a kid. Small but efficient, not much to clean, but every amenity! Think cozy cottage cute! Everything ready for your enjoyment. barbeque right out front, kids playing out front where you can watch them, nap time is easy for little ones and lots of new friends to make! whole condo is yours! key pad access Always around by email or text. A whole community of wonderful owners ! parking in the back lot please use parking pass. no public access lower unit , unit above you. Could be noise.Ground floor unit you may get a few harmless pests like ants or weevils but you are living in the forest and they should be expected. If this freaks you out do not rent this unit stay in the city.
