Delightful, Serene Tiny Home- Casa Villa

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Come stay in Casa Villa, 384 sq feet with vaulted ceilings. It’s a tiny home that feels so spacious,it’s surprising! One bedroom w/ queen size bed, full kitchen , full bath, and a living room .Grill, chill, relax and enjoy the open field view. This is one floor, no loft. Please understand this is a country setting , the water runs off of a well, it gets dark out here and occasionally wildlife can be seen , frogs can be heard and bugs are found 😊 We are centrally located , close to many attractive towns, Granville, Johnstown, New Albany, and Pataskala,to name a few, we have a country vibe but can hop on quite a few routes and be in Westerville/east Columbus within 20 minutes. We are as available and interactive as you want us to be. We enjoy meeting new people but also understand some want to get away and have complete solitude! It’s fine with us and we respect your choice 😊 The water runs off a well and we have a high iron content, We have two inline filters installed and it is “safe” but it will not be awesome to drink. I provide at least a gallon of water for drinking , teeth brushing and coffee. Keep in mind this tiny home is “ movable” so therefore it doesn’t have a firm foundation. You may experience light movement throughout the structure, it’s to be expected. It is properly secured and safe for occupancy.
