This spacious, and quiet suite is PRIVATE with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting area where you can enjoy high-speed internet and one of the two cable T.V.s Perfect as a weekly rental! Enjoy stunning views of the Campbell River estuary, the ocean, and the mountains from your cute private space or walk to Mercury Marina that is situated in front and is part of the property. Enjoy the beach area and watch the seals. We have two single and one double kayaks for rent which will allow you to enjoy the estuary, or walk the trails- either way enjoy the views of Baikie Island and its abundant wildlife. Bring your fishing gear and fish in the river. Don't have a vehicle? That is ok, you are close to Bus #4 that will take you in the direction of downtown or towards Painter's Lodge where you can take the boat over to Quadra Island's April Point. Drive just 8 minutes to the beautiful Elk Fall Provincial Park and walk through its trails and the suspension bridge. Drive 8-10 minutes into the center of town and enjoy the Foreshore, public beaches, and take a walk on the peer. This space has its own separate entrance and it sleeps up to five people. When you go up the stairs and enter the suite, the sitting room has a sofa bed and table with a smart T.V. There is a doorway separating the living space to the bedroom where there are two twin beds and a comfy place to read your book. Walk through a room that has an induction stove, toaster oven, a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, and Keurig machine. Basic cutlery is present in case you order-in. Eat while enjoying the views in your cozy space and help yourself to the snacks provided. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower and we provide quality towels, shampoo and other necessities that will make your stay more comfortable. On the other side of the bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed with its own T.V. There is an extra private bathroom downstairs with a washer and dryer, should you need it. This space is great for those wishing to have a quiet retreat. No smoking, no pets (no exceptions, sorry!), no parties here, no loud music or late night outdoor partying. This is a great spot to find some peace and quiet, and our neighbors feel the same way. This housing complex is situated next to the marina, where you are welcome to walk on or rent kayaks and enjoy the estuary. The beautiful views makes this is truly unique place to stay. The bus goes NORTH (towards Painter's Lodge) and SOUTH (towards town) and is between Perkins and Perth Road. You take BUS #4 Campbellton. Walk down Perkins Road to Highway 19N and turn right. Walk north towards Perth road and you will see the bus stop that will take you towards Painter's Lodge. If you want to go towards town, cross the street (careful- watch for the vehicles) and the bus stop is also at a similar locations with a bench to sit on. The bus stop is about a 7 min stroll from the house. Many of our guests fish with Campbell River fishing- please search them on-line!
