The two-story house includes a downstairs living space and a beautiful view on the second floor. The main living space has a living room, kitchen table, and full kitchen, which connects to the bedroom and full bathroom. Includes heated water and all the amenities you would need for a private getaway. Just outside the front door, there is an outside table for you to enjoy all of your meals with nature. The second floor has a beautiful covered patio with room for yoga/meditation and also includes a two piece bathroom. The landscape is absolutely spectacular! You can happily lose hours staring at the surreal view of untouched Mexico. Cerrito Encantado property is 4,000 square meters and is surrounded by an additional 16,000 square meters of luscious greenery. The lot is two-tiered with additional accommodation coming soon in other buildings on the grounds. You will have access to all communal grounds, grass, and any produce that grows from the land. Lounge freely with nature. Washing machine and clothes lines are available for everyone on the property. Yes, either owner or manager will be close by to answer any questions. Also two friendly dogs Morena and Chilam to play with on site. Alta Vista is a sleepy town with a population of 1200 people. Just up the Hill is the Cerrito Encantado, which is about a 15-minute drive from the main town of La Peñita de Jaltemba. There you will find restaurants, shops, grocery store, and more. But if you need anything at all, a small cash only, grocery store is a five-minutes away from the property. Many of the families have lived there all their lives and are extremely welcoming. We recommend to rent a car with 4x4 or all-wheel drive to drive to Alta vista, otherwise, there is a taxi service to get you to the entrance of the property. Once you arrive, there is a downward hill to enter the property. Nearby beaches include Chacala (15 Minutes), Ricon de Guyabitos (15 min), Los Ayala (15), and Platanitos (45 min) Nearby there is an amazing access to historical sites to view petroglyphs and the sites of ancient ceremonies by the local Indians from the past. Don't forget to tip the owner of the property 30 pesos per person. 45 minutes away down a dirt road there are hot springs available for 35 pesos per person per day. Bring food and drinks and music to enjoy the beautiful view and refreshing water. There is also a small restaurant on-site if you get hungry or need a drink. It's a beautiful home perfect for those who want to get away from technology and the world. Amazing place to read, write, meditate and yoga. Yoga mats are available. Fresh drinking water is included in the house with all kitchenware including a grill. Dogs are allowed on two conditions: first, they must stay outside of the home; secondly, they must be able to play nice with the two dogs that live on the property. Our dogs are very friendly.
