This cozy, upscale villa at Sage Mountain, Tortola is ideal for a staycation, or business trip. What's great about this property is simple - It's clean, well appointed, and provides all the amenities guests are used to finding in a hotel/suite. It is close to the business center, restaurants, beaches, offers an inviting atmosphere and a gourmet kitchen that's perfect for cooking all your favorite meals. The outdoor space offers a front row seat for the early mornings' sunrise experience. Breezey Villa is tastefully adorned with modern updates like - a stainless steel oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, and stylish furniture. It features a 60- inch HD flat screen TV with satellite channels, FREE fast Wifi, and fresh breeze - no need for air-conditioning. There is 1 bedroom with a queen bed which sleeps 2 persons and a sofa bed. A fully stocked kitchen with an equipped dining area. We've provided a toaster, coffee maker, plates, cups and glasses, pots, pans, cutleries and silverware. The villa has its' own private laundry and a beautiful and modern bathroom. All utilities are also provided including, electricity, gas, hot water, satellite services, and there is a quiet back up generator which activates automatically during power outages. There is a patio with seating provided where guests can relax, enjoy the scenic views; fresh breeze and be at peace. The villa is located at the bottom floor with easy access to and from, so you do not have to worry about climbing stairs. Guests have private access to all rooms in the apartment (kitchen, dining area, living room, bathroom, bedroom and laundry).⁸ The Host lives at the top level of the building and can be contacted at anytime to assist with any questions or concerns. Our central location puts you close to all the island's happennings...white sandy beaches for swimming and/or snorkeling, great local restaurants and bars, supermarkets, the Roadtown Ferry dock, the cruise ship pier, hospital, and pharmacies. We're also, only a quick drivre away from downtown, allowing you to be in close proximity to local businesses, museums, entertainment, movie cinema, dining and shopping. There is no provision for public transportation in the Sage Mountain area. As such, we advice guests to reserve a 4WD or AWD rental vehicle before or upon arrival to the country. We would make every effort to meet our guest(s) at arrival, either at the TB Lettsome Airport or at the Road Town Ferry Dock, to welcome you and assist you as needed. Important Information : Within the British Virgin Islands the COVID-19 Protocols are strictly adhered to: Wearing of face mask in public areas, Hand sanitization, and Quarantine measures are required. All arriving Guests are required to obtain a Travel Authorization Certuficate which gives approval to enter the country . This certificate is obtained via the BVI Government's Gateway Portol.
