Condo on the beach, one bedroom, beautifully furnished, 3 balconies, huge pool, bikes for your use, many small appliances for the creative cook. Weekly cleaning included. Nightly price does not include island taxes. If you are looking for serenity, ocean breezes and lovely people...THIS IS THE PLACE ...we looked for 20 years for the perfect spot. We looked for years for the perfect quiet place on the beach and this is IT! Lots of breeze, you will not need air-conditioning. Winter nights can be cool, a luxurious silk quick for those nights is available. Pool is for your use, but no guests. Donna, our maid, will be happy to help you in anyway she can. She is often at the condos taking care of other units. The office is also available from 4;30-6 pm. Maintenance staff can be called upon for any problems. The condo is on the beach with neighbours not close by. Very peaceful arae with lots of breeze. There are buses but they do not keep a schedule. Best to rent a car as there are 36 beaches you might like to explore and nearly 80 restaurants and beach bars that are either fantastic or fun or both! There is a 10% accommodation tax and a $6US pp/perday tourist tax that must be paid at the office when you arrive or first opening hours of the office. This fee is not included in the daily rate. If you use a credit card for this fee you will be charged a CC fee of 5%. There are cash machines at all the banks in town.
