Hello Travelers! Windsor-Essex is the most southern city in all of Canada! We are also surrounded by the Great Lakes & the Detroit River. Our Airbnb is situated in the east-end on a quiet road near all amenities! Enjoy comfortable, stylish accommodations with a queen bed and private guest living room and as much privacy as you like. We offer weekly & monthly discounts. All guests must read the house rules before booking. ***We accept out of town guests only.*** This is a traditional Airbnb, which means the Superhost lives on site. A "guest suite" refers to a private bedroom, private bathroom, private living room and private entrance. The kitchen and laundry are shared spaces with the Superhost. When you book, keep in mind that you’re booking both bedrooms. This Airbnb is close to restaurants, grocery shopping, bakery, cafes, parks, expressway, dry cleaners, banks and gas stations. We are located approximately 15 minutes from downtown Windsor, Windsor Airport, Windsor Train Station and the Tunnel to the USA. The following spaces are shared with the Superhost: • Full Modern Kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. • Laundry Room is in the basement with a brand new washer and dryer and all your laundry essentials. The following spaces are exclusive to our guests: • Suite 1 was designed to help guests relax and enjoy their stay. This room is equipped with a queen size bed, 6 drawer dresser, 32” Fire TV, air purifier, closet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board and more. • Suite 1 Entertainment is fully packed with different subscription services! Enjoy movies and videos on a 32” HDTV from Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV+ and YouTube. Guests can also take advantage of over two million songs on Amazon Music Unlimited and SIRIUSXM Radio. • Private full 4 piece bathroom with bathroom essentials. This bathroom is right next to Suite 2. • The guest living room is completely private to our guests. Guests can enjoy a 50” Fire TV with all the same subscription based apps as your bedroom. A two seat dining area is also situated at the bay window for your dining or laptop needs. • Private front entrance and foyer with large mirror, shoe rack, keypad door lock and front porch seating area. • Private, paved, one-lane driveway that will accommodate two large vehicles. • Dedicated Guest Wi-Fi Network. The driveway can accommodate two large vehicles. Free street parking is also available. Uber, Vet’s Cab and Transit Windsor Bus are all viable options. The bus stop is a 4 minute walk to Tecumseh Road where it will take you east or west/downtown. When leaving the Airbnb, close the front door, press the “Kwikset” button and pull on the door handle until the door has locked securely. During the spring and summer seasons our front porch light can attract bugs during the night. In order to prevent bugs from flying into the home, we ask that guest do not leave the front door open for any period of time other than to enter or exit. We have distressed hardwood floors inside the Airbnb that may squeak when walked upon in certain areas. Our check in time is 4:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. or earlier. If a guest checks in after 12:00 a.m. (midnight) and has any problems checking in, no one will be able to help you until the following morning. We have a Ring Video Doorbell located at the front of the Airbnb next to the private entrance. This doorbell records video and audio 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
