Beachhouse across the Street from the beach

This rental beach house is located along the east coast 1.5 hours away from San Juan, in Punta Santiago URB Verde Mar, Humacao PR across the street from the beach. It comes with a 2 car garage and balcony. The Palma Real Shopping Center is located less than 15 minutes away and 7 local authentic food places just minutes away. You can also take a canoe or bike ride 5 minutes away at a nearby Natural Reservation park or drive ½ hour away to Fajardo PR and take a ferry to the Island of Vieques or Culebra. This house is also less than an hour away from El Yunque Rain Forest. This home is safe, secured and gated, and has a big kitchen, stove, cooking utensils, refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, Washing Machine, TV 3 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 futons that transform into a bed for kids, and 3 bathrooms. Central wall air conditioner located in the dining room will keep the living/dining bed rooms and kitchen cool and a separate air condition in the master bedroom. To keep the price reasonably, I do not have WiFi in the house. The neighborhood is located in a Community named Verde Mar which is very private and safe. The house is the 2nd house from the main street (Route 3) you cross the street and you will be surrounded by palm trees and a beach. My home is very peaceful and quiet and out of respect to my neighbors, that is why I do not allow any guests to have any parties.
