The 70m2 apartment consist of a spacious living area, equipped with TV, Wi-Fi (included) and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is provided with a brand new induction cooktop, glassware ,cooking utensils, small oven, coffee machine and a microwave to enjoying fine dining alone or with your friends and family. You can enjoy your meal on the balcony or indoor thanks to the dining room table that to accommodate up to 4 persons. The apartment has one master bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and air conditioning. The secondary bedroom is located on the second floor, it can be racheable thanks to the stairs. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate 2 adults and one child. The bathroom is equipped with an hair dryer and an iron & board. The living room faces a large windows and a private balcony overlooking the ocean and the pool. The apartment is equipped with 2 ventilators, one in the living room and another in the main bedroom. In addition consider that the apartment, being at the top floor, is always blessed by a constant Caribbean breeze. A 60 foot pool equipped with lounge chairs for sunbathing and relaxing is available 24h.In addition there is a shared laundry room on site.
