PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 7, 2022, ALL travelers 5 years and older are required to provide proof of EITHER their vaccination card OR a negative COVID test within 5 days of travel at your departing airport before you board your plane and upon arrival in St. Thomas. You must also complete the online travel portal before arrival: usvitravelportal.com. You do NOT need to get tested on island to return to the U.S. unless your home state requires it. Serenity Sands is a wonderfully renovated two bedroom/two bath condo, with a new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, new bathroom vanities and showers, new tile floor, etc. It offers amazing views and stunning sunsets and is one of the closest condos to the beach! Cowpet Bay has a nice sandy beach, plenty of palm trees for shade if desired, and many chairs for your lounging. There is also an expansive pool with a waterfall grotto and a large jacuzzi. Grab a cold drink and relax the day away! This resort is located right next door to the luxurious Ritz Carlton Hotel and Residences (so you can walk over and visit their restaurants/bars, ONCE they reopen to the public). Enjoy either of the convenient restaurants on property, including Sangria's Beachside Bistro, which is NOW OPEN daily 7 am - 6 pm (except Sundays) and 6 pm - 8 pm for pizzas only. The newly renovated beach/pool bar has finally reopened to serve you refreshing cold beverages throughout the day 11 am - 5 pm! Then there's the highly recommended, finer dining restaurant the resort has to offer, Caribbean Fish Market (aka "CFM" per the locals!), known for its mouth watering seafood dishes, open for dinner nightly, as well as for Sunday brunch with bottomless Mimosas or Bloody Mary's! If you choose to the leave the resort, you are only minutes away from the conveniences of Red Hook... shopping, grocery, bars, restaurants, ferry/barge to St. John, postal service, and medical center. Island Dream Vacations can assist in planning other aspects of your vacations, from recommending car rentals, to coordinating grocery delivery to conveniently stock your fridge prior to your arrival, as well as arrange for boating/fishing excursions, snorkel kayak tours, private chef services, private massage therapist, dinner reservations, and housekeeping services. PLEASE NOTE: The nightly rate is based on 4 guests, additional guests are $35/night per person, maximum of 6 persons (no more than 4 adults). If you cancel the reservation by written notice at any time prior to the date that is sixty (60)** days prior to commencement of the rental period, we will refund all monies paid thus far, minus a processing fee of 3.5% if reservation deposit was paid by credit card. NO REFUND will be made for any cancellation, for any reason other than major Hurricanes, on or following the date that is sixty (60) days** prior to commencement of the rental period. **120 days for Holiday weeks: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years.
