Guests can enjoy the garden, the barbecue, and a mini-deck located in front of the master bedroom. The cottage is located in a very quiete and nice neighborhood, ideal for walking or jogging. Depending on check-in date may be I can personally receive my guests. If it is no possible, there will be a very nice woman who can do it for me. She is the housekeeper, she knows all the house details and can get solutions to any problem or answer guests questions. Very quite and nice, no traffic, huge and nice houses with beautiful open gardens. This is an urbanization created by famous architect Antoni Bonet in 1945. The house has a parking space for 2 vehicles. At one block of distance there runs Ruta Interbalnearia, the main highway that connect Montevideo with Punta del Este. Nearby there is the COT buses stop and its ticket office, plus the office of Buquebus (bus+ferry to Buenos Aires). Very close, at walking distance, there is a mini supermarket, a gasoline station with a convenience store, and a couple of places to eat a sandwich or drink a coffee.
