Many animals live on-site while others traverse in the morning and again in the afternoon. It's a great 'birding hotspot with 85 species observed to date. Common wildlife sightings on the property include all four species of Monkey, Kinkajou, Raccoon, Coatis, Armadillo, Anteater, Sloth, Raptors, Toucans, Scarlet Macaw, Crocodile, Cayman, Lizards, Snakes, Beetles, Hummingbirds, Butterflies, Herons, Iguanas & various other Birds, Insects, Reptiles & Amphibians. When you need a break from the wildlife, kick back and enjoy the colorful surroundings & tropical amenities. The outdoor garden lounge has been re-designed to offer lots of physical space for all visitors. The new fire pit is often put to use by guests with an impromptu BBQ. The large communal kitchen has what you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Recently we created a few separate workstations within the new kitchen area while still managing to keep it socially active. If you don't want to cook, order from our neighbor's menus that can be found at the kitchen bar, or go for a walk with easy access to more than 15 eating establishments in town. Many will deliver for a small fee if you decide to hang out in the gardens. You can walk everywhere in town, so a car is not required.
