A guest house built for renting purposes. It is a comfortable apartment adjacent to their house. It counts with a huge garden and a nice view. The place is located in Los Laureles in San Rafael de Escazu. 5 minutes away from Multiplaza, Cima Hospital and Ruta 27. Shared garden and friendly dogs. The apartment has direct access to the property's front garden. It is a nice an relaxing environment and it is perfect for travelers who need to spend time in San Jose and also for those wanting to stay for a couple of nights before traveling to Guanacaste, Puntarenas and most of our beautiful Costa Rican beaches. You will have access to the front garden and the entire apartment. There is only one entrance to the apartment so there is no connection with the house and this guarantees your full privacy. My mom and dad own the full property. Willy and Angelita. They are very nice people and will be there most of the time to help you with whatever you need. The property is located in Barrio (or Residencial) Los Laureles, which is one of the safest neighbourhoods in Costa Rica and close to the house of the Ambassador of the United States. The place is very near to Multiplaza, Hospital Cima, Ruta 27, several office centers and smaller shopping centers in Escazu. You will need to get to the property by car (Uber, taxi or driving yourself). There is a bus stop 800 meters away and we can pick you up there. It is located in front of Plaza Los Laureles, a small shopping center near the House of the US Ambassador. My mom and dad have 4 dogs and 1 Cat. None of them will bother or be in direct contact with you except of course if you like cats or dogs! They are all nice and sweet pets.
