Mary's Riverside Refuge

This home is located outside the rural town of Phillips and is an outdoor adventurer's dream come true. It is an ideal basecamp for all of your outdoor activities. Its located in close proximity to 3 downhill ski areas, hundreds of miles of cross country ski trails, hundred of miles of ATV & Snowmobile trails, not to mention the Appalachian Trail. This home is a great basecamp for the outdoor enthusiast. Guests will have access to the entire property, including the attached and unattached garages. There will be minimal to no interaction with the owners. Very rural area, though the small town of Phillips does offer a small deli & pizzeria, a grocery store, gas station, and many antique stores. The home is accessible via a maintained blacktop roadway so four-wheel drive is not necessary however winter conditions do limit the access until the plow trucks can come through. The driveway will be plowed after a snow fall however you should not expect this service immediately. This is especially important to note if you are trying to make it to a ski resort for first tracks. Shoveling equipment will be available if you cannot wait for the plow service. There is no landline phone at this location and cell phone service is a bit spotty in this area. Most major phone carriers will find signal for calls or text messages however data transmission will be sparse.
