Welcome to "The Hudson House"... Central location close to all highways, hospitals, new Amazon facility, auto headquarters. It is great for auto employees and medical staff. It is a 2nd floor private upper duplex, complete with dining room, living room, kitchen, bedroom and a total private entrance. Recently updated bathroom and furnishings, it has all that you need for a great stay. Security cameras outside and in the common entry area only. Must be able to climb some stairs to upper unit. Your place is the entire upper duplex with its own private entrance. Parking on the paved driveway, with room for a large truck and or camper if needed. Super close to all the major highways and freeways. Laundry access available (7 nights or longer or per request) . If you will need the laundry access please let me know prior to your arrival. Washer and dryer are in the basement. They will have sole access to the upper duplex, and downstairs sun porch. There is an August lock on the door, please download the August app for access. Key access is also avaliable. Very minimal, if at all... but feel free to knock on the downstairs door to grab something that you might of forgotten at home, or give me a call or text. Pontiac is on the up-swing, great downtown with lots of clubs and places to eat. Our duplex is just outside of downtown. Not able to walk to downtown as it is a few miles away. This is near the center of Pontiac. The street is safe, kids play in and around so be careful on side streets. I have never had any problems but would not advise walking any distance after dark unless you where familiar with the area. And please keep door of car and house locked. Best way to get around is your own transportation, Uber, lift or alike. Pontiac does have a bus transportation system and the stop is just at the end of the street. This is a nice living space with approx 950 Sq feet of your private space. Living room, kitchen, dining room, full bath, large bedroom with walk in closet. Large outdoor double lot property. Laundry room is available upon request. (prefer to have it for stays 7 days or longer) but if needed at any time please let me know. Also if you need clean linens or towels at anytime contact me to have clean ones brought up. 24 hour notice is appreciated..
