This charming 4 bed, 1 bath is ideal for tourists who want to be close to attractions but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cleveland, or for those who need a place to recover during or after a procedure at Cleveland Clinic or University Hospitals. Whole Foods, Starbucks, Panera, Target, Walmart, and more are super close by, along with many other Cleveland attractions. Self check in provided. The living and dining room are semi connected. The dining room is carpeted and the living room shows off its hardwood floors. The couch seats 3 people, and 2 wing back chairs are provided for extra comfort. There's a big TV with Roku hookup and fast WiFi (over 300 mbps)! On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed, the other has a twin bed. One of the bedrooms connects to a door that leads out to the porch area for enjoying an evening cocktail or catching up on the news. The bathroom is a shower/tub combo with a detachable shower head, which many hospital patients enjoy using. The second floor is carpeted with two beds (two twin beds). There is plenty of space in the basement for storing items and luggage. The laundry room has a washer and dryer too. Central air too! All areas are yours to use! Our office is less than half a mile from this home. If there's an issue or repair at the home we usually arrive within the hour! Dog and kid friendly, a short walk to Cain Park (known for its outdoor concerts and art festivals), a 5 minute drive to Whole Foods and other restaurants, and only a short drive to University Circle, Cleveland Clinic, Severance Hall, Botanical Gardens, and more. The house is located on the corner of Bainbridge and Staunton Road. It can get a little busy during the mornings and evenings, but settles down throughout the day and on the weekends. Jewish Synagogue is within walking distance from the home as well as a Kosher grocery store called Ungers. Super easy to catch an Uber or Lyft. Two bedrooms and the bathroom are on the first floor. Laundry facilities in basement (must be able to climb and go down stairs). Please let me know if you are bringing any pets because we may need to increase the cleaning fee. Lawn care provided. Snow removal included EXCEPT for less than 3" of snow. Extra blankets provided, but no extra pillows at this time. Parking is free during the day on the street, but cars must be pulled into the driveway at night (or else you'll get a ticket). Pets are welcome. Number of pets is negotiable. CLEANING FEE IS NEGOTIABLE and is based on number of occupants, length of stay, and number of pets.
