This home was designed to have a comfortable, relax, stress-free and very enjoyable atmosphere. Due to its construction materials, the apartment remains cool even in very sunny days. You may use the patio for barbecues and friend gatherings; hammocks and shades are on the property. I am an environmental friendly person and I really enjoy the soothing feel the hardwood and bamboo materials employed in the construction of the house give off. We will provide lite cleaning of your room once a week, as well as fresh bed linens and towels, for extended stays (minimun 10 days). Also, we can take care of your laundry needs for a fee, or you can leave a deposit and you have the option of doing the laundry yourself (for extended stays) You will have full access to patio, yard and parking for one car. If you are being visited, please ask that your visitors park their cars outside of the property. We will be available every weekend for sure and sometimes on weekdays as well. We stay on one of the house floors, and can be reached by phone (24 hours) or email. The Property is seven to eight blocks away from the beach and about five from the downtown. There is a public and a private hospital in Playas, as well as plenty supermarkets nearby. A taxi ride anywhere within Playas will be $1.00 and an eat-out ranges from $3.50 to $10.50 per person. Bus terminal is only 4 blocks from the house. A taxi from Guayaquil to Playas should cost you about $40. The trip is less than 3 dollars by public transportation. It takes an hour and twenty minutes by taxi, and an 1 hour 45 by bus (direct). The best way to travel, by public transportation, is by getting on a "direct-bus" trip from Guayaquil bus terminal to Playas bus terminal (no picking-up of passengers along the way). The bus fare is the same whether you take the "direct-bus" trip or not. Over the weekend or during holidays, Playas will receive visitors from Guayaquil or other main cities. On other days, you will have the beach for "yourself".
