House full of charm and cozy, 500 metres from the beach with privacy and views of the mountains. Living room integrated with the kitchen fully equipped + water filter and decorated with great affection. Two bedrooms with air conditioning, one suite. Just arrive and enjoy! The house was made 1.5 meters above street level, which provides a unique quality on this coast, the house has no damp part. The right foot of 4mts generates a wide feeling inside the house, the house is not large (90mts2) but the bedrooms and all other rooms have plenty of light and ventilation. The house was built with setback on all sides, and being on a corner without neighbours nearby light and sun do not miss. The internal floor all burnt cement, the 40mts2 of wooden deck, and the beautiful garden give a feeling of warmth, even on rainy days you can enjoy without any inconvenience. Everything you need in Barra do Una you do on foot or by bike, yes we provide two bicycles for guests. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars and pharmacy in up to 2km away. To go to the beach walk of 5 minutes on a flat street and wide. The house is on the central street that chaga in the middle access of the beach. Barra do Una is a beautiful beach on the north coast of São Paulo. It is a 2 hour drive from the capital. This beach still preserves the local caiçara culture, and has a quiet atmosphere. As it doesn't have many inns and restaurants (although it has some very good ones and for all pockets), it is mainly frequented by locals, so the beach never gets crowded, not even in high season. Everything you need to do in Barra do Una can be done on foot or by bike, yes the house provides two bicycles for guests. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets no more distant than 2 km. The house is very close to the beach, in the central street with direct entrance to the beach, just walk 5 to 10 minutes on a flat ground road and arrived!!!!
