Comfortable house, with 3 beds and 2 baths, living room, dining room and kitchen equipped for a couple or a bigger family of no more than five that wants to spend a wonderful time close to some of the most beautiful beaches in PR. Located at 20 mins to Boquerón beach, 35 mins to Combate beach, Buye beach, Cabo Rojo and La Palguera, Lajas. Comfort and space in a quiet community near the paradise that are the beautiful beaches of western region, Puerto Rico. Access all areas including Laundry with washer and dryer and outdoor parking (2). Always available by phone or text message. Very quite community that brings the peace you need to enjoy your time with your family. The Corner House is good community and, safe to leave vehicle “locked” in front of Marquesina gate or front of porch, halfway over sidewalk allowing neighbors or pedestrians passage. The “Marquesina” is for recreation, exercising and, laundry use only. You do have access to walk into house through the “marquesina”, as well as the front porch using the same gate lock key. Make sure to leave at least three feet from marquesina gate to enable gate to swing open. I always leave my vehicle locked in front of marquesina gate or sidewalk. Make sure you “lock” vehicle and, leave the porch light on. Guests will need a car to visit the places nearby. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance.
