We are located in the central area of San Benito, 5 minutes from the bus terminal. A space with only 3 bedrooms, spacious areas, parking and kitchen with a pleasant and special atmosphere for you. We try to make your visit as relaxing as possible with the opportunity to see incredible places, enjoy your vacations or work. We also offer you transportation and tours service inside and outside of Guatemala, don’t doubt on texting us. -The room has a double bed for 2 people and a single bed for 1 person - Air conditioning inside - Nightstands - Full-length mirror -The bathroom is inside the room, only cold water. - On the first floor we have a living room, with books and board games, a kitchen and dining room and a garage for parking cars. - On the second floor you find the rooms. We are Luisa y Frieda and will welcome you to show you to show you the place and take you to your room. Most of the time we both are at the house to help you solve your doubts and help you to make your stay better. - You can always message us, we will try to give you the best information so you can move around the island. - We also offer you transportation service and tours with quality. San Benito is a quiet and safe place of the city, perfect to rest, just 7 minutes from Flores Island. We are located in a central area with nearby shops such as bakery, butcher, gym and market 3 minutes away, at an accessible distance from medical clinics and shopping centers. - To move around you can take a tuc tuc for about 5 GTQ, to nearby places, they work from 6 am to 6 pm. - We also have a trusted taxi driver if you prefer private transportation. The price of transport will depend on where you are going. Please message us in advance if you want us to receive your bags before arrival (check-in) or after departure (check-out). - We have laundry and drying service for payment. - The shower in the room only has cold water. - No parties allowed - Only guests can be at the property.
