Comfortable, cozy apartment in the heart of the bohemian Cidade Baixa neighborhood. Close to bars, restaurants and park. Five minutes far from the Beira Rio Stadium, two blocks from Farroupilha Park and five minutes from UFRGS. The neighbourhood has all the facilities the guest might need. It has a day and night life quite busy with many bars, restaurants, movie theater, night clubs, museum. It is closed to the Parque Farroupilha ( well known as "Redenção"), one of the most wooded área in the city. The apartment it is located almost 5 minutes by car from the soccer field Estádio Beira Rio . It is near the Rio Guaiba river border where you can enjoy an incredible sunset. .you can also take the chance to use the 6,35km bike way near here, and find some other charms in the area. The Universidade do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) complex may be reached within walking distance. This neighbourhood is a place to be enjoyed and explored day and night . Whenever possible I will be available to give some further informations about the city and other subjects regarding the guest's interests. I moved to Cidade Baixa because of the passion that happened since the first time I've been here. The relaxed atmosphere and at the same time the easy going style of it's people, the ones who live here and the welcome visitors. the bars , that are many, full of happy people, enjoying themselves and life. It is some kinf of 'beach" atmosphere. The joy to get out of your house e pursuit "life", in the street and everywhere. Cidade Baixa offers easy transportation facilities to everywhere in town. Surrounded with streets and avenues where many buses lines and micro-buses( lotações) serve the population. And its very closed to the downtown area, witch might ease you way. the guest might use all the kitchen facilities suchs as pans, dishes, glasses,cups and others. Sheets will be available, as well as pillows, blankets if necessary. The apartment will provide city guides and advertising material about the surroundings , bars, restaurants , cultural events and whatever it is availbale to make your stay in my place and the city a memorable one .
