Winter’s Retreat

This single bedroom is located in a beautiful single family home. An easy commute of about 5mins by car to downtown Silver Spring & the Redline metro line; and approximately 20 to 30 mins to parts of DC. A safe & quiet neighborhood with everything within walking distance, the park, running trail,grocery stores & restaurants. Free street parking. My location gives you all the perks of the city, but a quiet feel of the suburbs! License# BCA-34549/STR The bedroom includes fresh beddings, closet space, writing desk . Guests have access to the shared living room, den, full equipped kitchen, dining room, backyard for barbecuing and meditation! Washing machine & dryer. TV available living room. Free out front street parking.Backyard barbecue grill. Yes! I’m also available anytime by phone, text or email. My place is 5-7 mins by car to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Starbucks,Seven Eleven, Macdonalds. The local Ride on Bus #8 is two blocks from my home, there are bicycle ride shares in the neighborhood. When all rooms are booked, bathrooms are shared. If only one room is booked, then the bathroom is private. Kitchen is shared with other guests, any usage, it’s the responsibility of the guests to keep clean. 3 night maximum stay with 2 guests, if stay is over 3 nights rates are calculated differently; for example one month’s stay 2 guest, per month , per guest rate applies with a discount.
