Brand new fully reno'd lower water-front executive apt with stainless steel appliances, espresso machine & out door shower. 12-15 minute drive from airport. Walking distance to small market/liquor store/gas stn & walking distance to Clearwater Beach & Cooper's Island Nature Reserve. Use of BBQ, mountain bike pedal cycle, paddle-board, kayak and other amenities (snorkeling fins/water toys, etc)... are complimentary. The apt has a stereo with bluetooth, large tv's with cable, complimentary wifi & a (Vorke) steaming device for your viewing pleasure. The entire property with water access, flotation devices for swimming, BBQ. Michelle & I are very hospitable & love to entertain. Our friends love the ambiance of our property. We have 4 adult children & the youngest 2 still live with us but are very mature... (early 20's)... "Mi casa es su casa..." Our neighbors are similar to us and are very approachable. Ken is actually American, been married to his local wife (Andrea) for over 20 yrs & he loves to celebrate traditional U.S. holidays! So be ready to join the fun & festivities with open arms... (if he's on Island)! There are bus stops along the main road in close proximity to the estate. Would advise guests to go on-line & familiarize themselves with the local 'Bus Schedule' that services the St. David's area. Although the apt is brand new and there is un-hampered access to the water front, the front lawn is being redesigned & landscaped. Evidence of a property under construction is evident... but this does NOT effect the charm of this lower unit or its surroundings.
