Come experience our hidden oasis in paradise where you will be nestled in a private tranquil compound surrounded by tropical gardens and tropical birds . Perfectly situated with only a short walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica and the famous Whale's Tail. We are also conveniently located near the famous Farmer's Market, great restaurants, jungle & water adventures and close to public transport. Our accommodations are cozy, immaculately clean and well stocked. Our modern Cabina can accommodate 2 people per room. The room is equipped with a queen sized, tempurpedic bed, air conditioning, solar hot water, ceiling fans, a small safe, mini fridge, electric kettle, delicious complimentary Costa Rican coffee and a built in chorreador. Plush bath towels, bed linens and beach towels are provided. Outside of your Cabina you will find a private patio with a ceiling fan and sitting area. There is a lovely communal pool to cool off in as well as many mature tropical trees and flowers. In the rancho you will find hammocks to lounge in, an outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill and all kitchen accessories for those who would like to cook and dine outdoors. We have free secure parking for those renting a vehicle. Not appropriate for children under 17. Outdoor Kitchen in Rancho and Pool. Your hosts, Judy and Scott live on site. Since this is a "Boutique" style hotel we are here to help with anything you need. We can assist in arranging tours, yoga classes, surf lessons or dinner recommendations. Just ask, we'll be happy to help! The neighborhood offers many choices for dining, all walk-able. While the main grocery store is a bit of a trek on foot (in the heat!) we do have a local corner store which offers all of the basics and veggies. There is a Feria (farmers market) every Saturday morning with organic fruits and vegetables. There are 2 grocery stores and pharmacies in Uvita. A car is helpful but not essential. There are restaurants and beaches within walking distance. You do not need a 4x4, but if you'd like to go adventuring further, a 4x4 is helpful, especially in the rainy season.
