It is close to the University of Costa Rica, Barrio Escalante (gastronomical area), museums, shopping centers and 15 miles away from SJO Airport. It is also ideal as a starting point to travel to other destinations in the country. Fast and reliable 50 mbps internet. The apartment is 850 square feet with private entrance and an outdoor terrace. It is fully equipped and well distributed. It is located in a residential area. The first bedroom has a queen bed and closet. The second one has two single beds, closet and a safe. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom with hot water. The first bedroom has access to an outdoor terrace with a mural (outdoor table and chairs also available). Fully equipped kitchen, dining table, TV and a sofa bed that could serve to host a fifth guest. Washing center at your disposal. We are a retired Costa Rican couple, we will do our best to make you feel at home. The nearest bus stop is one block away from our house. We are also at a walkable distance from the main street of San Pedro and the University of Costa Rica. If you have a car, it is possible to park on the street in front of the entrance. Uber also available. The apartment is on a second floor and you must climb stairs, not ideal for people with walking disabilities. It is not wheelchair accessible. The apartment has no garage, but it is possible to park on the street in front of the main entrance.
