SilverDollar2 - 200 meters from Heywoods Beach

My place is uniquely located in a town, a beach town, Speightstown, and with it comes close proximity to public transport, supermarket, shopping, museum, churches and parks. The beach is located across the street. The apartment is self catering. It is environmentally friendly with all electricity and hot water generated from the sun. There is a filtered water tank with fresh potable water to last for 2 weeks. The space is 500 sq. feet. It carries 2 patios - one off the bedroom and the other at the front entrance. The living area is quite cosy with a love seat for 2. There is bar style dining for 2, however there is place settings for 4. There is an open alley kitchen. The bathroom is bright with a window. The bedroom houses a comfy queen sized bed with 4 pillows, an AC and a TV with Netflix. The apartment Is uniquely placed across the street from the beach - Heywoods beach. Transportation hub is within a 3 minute walk, which means you can take buses around the island or to particular attractions on the island. A car will give you more flexibility. You can rent either a Ford Fiesta or a Nissan Marsh at $40USD or $250US/week. There is free parking in front of the property. Walk to the supermarket and take their shuttle back with your groceries. In the town you will find a baker shop, fish market, department stores and the likes. A museum, churches, and restaurants are also within walking distance. Highend restaurants - Nikki and Hugos. Fast food - Chefette. Bajan meals - Fisherman's Pub and local vendors. On the property you can use your entire space including 2 patios - one off the bedroom and other off sitting room. The laundry room is shared space but line drying is separate. After our first meet and greet, my interaction could be as little or a lot. Your choice. Use my knowledge of the island for directions and must see places. The beach is across the street from the property. Public transportation is a 3 minute walk from the property. You can get a bus to any part of the island. Silver dollar does have 2 cars for rent - a Ford Fiesta or a Nissan Marsh at $40USD or $250US/week. If you do rent a car, parking is on the street in front of the property. I can help with directions. There are insect screens on doors and windows. There is a backup generator that will automatically kick in in case there is a power outage. Also a two week supply of filtered water tank of potable water.
